Delivery time

VitaSpice will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order during normal working days.

Orders to customers in the USA are sent by courier from our depot in Florida and should arrive within one to five days from the time of dispatch.

Orders to customers in other countries are shipped from South Africa with OCS Global Mail and may take from 5 -14 days from the time of dispatch.

Returns policy

We have taken great care to ensure that you receive quality goods from Medspice Health Products. 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product you may return it to us within 30 (thirty) days for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
